Easiest way to build a Hydrogen Generator

Building an HHO gas generator to save gas in your car is actually pretty simple. Its basic theory is very simple, and can really save fuel consumption in your car. It may cost you between 20 and a few hundred to build a good system for your car depending on how resourceful you are.

It works by first electrolysing water. When this is done, electron flow in water actually will split the molecules of water apart, creating Brown's gas, or HHO. HHO is the identical make up of water, but in gaseous form. The molecules in water are so densely compressed that you can get thousands of gaseous liters of HHO fuel out of 1 single liter of water.



HHO is lighter than air, and dissipates in the atmosphere quickly, immediately changing to a non explosive gas. This happens because it mixes quickly with the atmosphere. When HHO burns, it instantly turns back to water. The part that has not been understood is that when burnt, it turns back to the same amount of water used to create the gas, also creating a massive amount of energy with its miniature blast that is created to turn it back to water. When this happens in an engine, The gas is mixed with gasoline, and allows the gasoline to burn 100% , making your engine extremely efficient. You don't need a lot of HHO to do this, maybe .5 liters per minute which only uses 5 amps or less at 12v.

An ordinary gasoline engine is only 15-30% efficient, and creates terrible air pollution because it isn't burnt all the way. Adding .5 liters per minute and making the proper adjustments to your car will help your car produce zero pollution at idle, and if more is made as it revs up, or uses more gasoline, the same effect will take place.


One unfortunate event that happens with an O2 sensored vehicle while burning HHO gas, your vehicles computer thinks the vehicle is running lean, and richens the mixture which will make your car worse on gas. This has to be modified by adding an Electronic Fuel injection enhancer to each O2 sensor, changing the output voltage to the vehicles computer. This will tell the computer that the car is running rich, and lean out the air/fuel ratio, thus using less gas. You can't run an engine very lean without a gaseous flammable fuel additive such as hydrogen, or liquid petroleum gas because the engine will eventually overheat and fail.

If the HHO unit is not energized, a relay should be installed so it switches the efie modules off while the HHO generator isn't in use to protect the engine. Adjustment to map sensors, and maf sensors may need to be modified also, because they control the air/fuel mixture due to open/closed loop fuel ratio adjustments made by the computer.

You will need these things to build a gas generator.

1) A good air tight/water tight plastic enclosure. 1/4" hose and hose barbs for your hho gen, one for the car, and 2 for the flashback arrestor. ( Do not use metal, if there is an accident, the metal houses too much pressure, and can create a bomb under your hood.)

2) Number ten insulated copper wire and 20 amp fuse and connectors, bolts necessary for connections

3) Plastic enclosure

4)316l stainless steel bar 18"l x 2"wx 1/4" thick

5) Bronze wool (ace hardware)

6) teflon tape
